REGULATIONS
The Adventure Park courses can be completed entirely independently and in maximum safety conditions.
However, compliance with certain rules is mandatory:
- Participants must be in good physical condition and have no heart problems.
- Attending the mandatory short training course (briefing) is required, as it prepares you for the courses and instructs you on the use of safety devices.
- Safety rules must be followed at all times, particularly remaining securely attached to the safety cable, always clipping and unclipping one carabiner at a time.
- No objects that could fall during the activity may be carried, nor may any objects be thrown from the courses.
- In case of difficulty, participants should seek advice or assistance from an instructor.
Instructors are authorized to:
- Interrupt or deny participation to those who do not follow safety rules, behave inappropriately, disturb, or endanger themselves and other users. In such cases, no ticket refund will be issued.
- Close the courses in adverse weather conditions.
Additional Safety Measures:
- People weighing more than 110 kg are not allowed to access the courses due to structural limitations.
- Each participant is responsible for their own safety. The Adventure Park assumes no liability for accidents caused by negligence or failure to comply with safety rules.
- Minors are under the responsibility of their parents or a responsible adult. Children up to 6 years old must be accompanied on the courses. The responsible adult must authorize their participation by signing a consent form acknowledging these regulations.
- Groups and school classes composed of minors are under the responsibility of their accompanying adults.
RULES:
- Only one person is allowed on each course at a time.
- A maximum of 3 people may remain on each platform at once.
- Deliberate swinging, shaking, or any other action that could create danger is strictly forbidden.
- The ticket includes the use of the harness and other safety devices for 2 hours.
- It is strictly prohibited to use the park’s courses without the presence of staff.
- Participants must observe and follow the instructions on the signage at the beginning of each course.
- Closed-toe shoes, such as sneakers or similar footwear, are mandatory.
- Long hair must be tied back.
